What’s In My Gym Bag?
For starters, my GYM BAG is incredibly well-made. It’s sturdy and the perfect size for one pair of sneakers, an outfit, and gym accessories. I have this in the color Peacoat.
1. SNEAKERS - Great running shoe and super comfy! Wearing these is like walking on a cloud.
2. ARMBAND - This armband was a game changer. Goodbye to struggling with plastic covers not registering your finger taps. Also it twists, making it easier to follow a workout from your phone. This fits my iPhone XR just fine.
3. JUMP ROPE - The key to a cardio blast. I try to work in using these at least once a week. They’re a fun way to mix up your cardio, and they have a fun little counter.
4. ANKLE WEIGHTS - I bring these 1lb ankle weights into all my leg toning sets.
5. CORE SLIDERS - Adds an extra challenge to mountain climbers and planks. These will kill your abs in the best way.
6. PRE-WORKOUT - I don’t take pre-workout before every gym session. But if I need the energy boost at the end of a long day (No 5AM workouts here), I mix this into 32oz of water 1 hour before my 6PM workout. The taste is supercharged crystal light with a slight fizz.
When my motivation is running low, a new gadget or piece of activewear is just what I need to get back in gear.
