Weekend Recap: March 28th-29th

Heading into the second weekend of social distancing. Like everyone I’m missing my life from three weeks ago.

My weekend routine usually included Pilates classes on Saturday & Sunday mornings. To bring back some normalcy, I ordered a Pilates kit. The kit arrived today and includes everything I would use in a studio class!

I’ve never had the time for yeast-based recipes until now. So in between an online Pilates video and deep cleaning the floors (exciting), I made cinnamon buns. Surprisingly you can bake these in the slow cooker!
The delicious and easy recipe is from Sally’s Baking Addiction. I just swapped whole milk for almond milk.
