What’s tough on the outside and soft on the inside? Bagels and lately, all of us. Hands down NY & NJ have the world’s best bagels. It’s a well loved perk of living here. Missing my no-frills local deli, I whipped up this delicious Everything Bagel recipe from Ramshackle Glam.

All you need is yeast, flour, sugar, salt, and Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel seasoning. And time. Lots of time, which we all have plenty of these days.
