The Meredith Blake Halloween Costume

Happy Halloweek! Sharing the details behind my costume this year, and a recipe I’ll be baking again soon.

This weekend I went as the Meredith Blake from the Parent Trap! I had so much fun putting this outfit together. It was a combination of pieces I already had (heels, bag, & bracelet) plus Amazon to the rescue for a sharp white dress (size medium) & dramatic hat.

Onto the baking! Trader Joe’s rolled out a fantastic lineup of fall goodies this season. Two of them being the Pumpkin Bread/Muffin mix and Pumpkin Butter.

I thought why not put them together?

1 box of mix, 2 eggs, just a 1/4 cup water, and the entire jar of Pumpkin Butter later we have a winning combo.
